Jetalon Solutions Engineer to Present Paper at 2006 Semiconductor Processed Wafer and Cleaning Conference

Agnieszka Jakubowicz, a materials science engineer for Jetalon Solutions, Inc., will be presenting a paper entitled “A Compact, Real-time, Point-of-Use Metal Ion Concentration Sensor for Liquids.” The paper was authored by Ms. Jakubowicz, along with Jetalon engineers Christopher Wacinski and Doug Fraser, as well as Jetalon’s President, Dr. Ron Chiarello. The paper presents the results of a case study using Jetalon’s metal-ion concentration sensor in a typical semiconductor waste stream for monitoring the concentration of Copper and Cobalt ions.

“It’s an honor to have our paper chosen to be presented at the 2006 SPWCC conference,” said Dr. Ron Chiarello, Jetalon’s President and COO. “I think that our colleagues in the industry will be very interested in hearing about this technology and its application within the semiconductor manufacturing process,” he added.

About SPWCC
SPWCC is the only international conference to focus exclusively on the performance and problems with wet processes in the semiconductor chip manufacturing industry. With the expansion in 1999 from UPW, chemicals and cleaning to wet processes used in the industry, SPWCC attracts papers from industrial professionals around the world who are addressing cleaning, etching, copper deposition, and CMP processing. UPW and UPW systems, as well as high quality chemicals such as peroxide, HF, etc., continue to be a very important part of SPWCC conference presentations.
