Jetalon Solutions, Inc. and Swagelok Corporation Enter into Product Distribution Agreement for CR-288®

Jetalon Solutions, Inc. has entered into an agreement with Swagelok Company to commercialize Jetalon’s CR-288® concentration monitor technology. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

As part of this agreement, Swagelok is distributing Jetalon’s CR-288® liquid chemical concentration monitor for the semiconductor industry. CR-288® provides chip manufacturers the ability to increase control and reduce chemical consumption and wafer scrap in their manufacturing processes. The CR-288® concentration sensor incorporates Jetalon’s optical concentration measurement technology and Swagelok’s patented DRP valve product line.

The CR-288® concentration monitor will be manufactured and distributed by Swagelok through a global network of more than 200 authorized Swagelok sales and service centers in 54 countries.
