CR-288® Nominated for Design News 2007 Golden Mousetrap Competition

Using Jetalon’s patented miniaturized liquid chemical concentration sensor technology, the CR-288® concentration monitor recently earned finalist status in Golden Mousetrap product award competition conducted by the Semiconductor Industry publication, Design News. The editors received hundreds of entries, and recognized CR-288® in the “Test and Measurement” category. As a finalist, the concentration monitor was featured on the Design News Web site, in the magazine’s new-products newsletter, and in a special awards issue in September.

The CR-288® concentration monitor is the first compact device in process control to provide in-line, real-time analysis of liquid chemical concentration. Able to monitor up to four separate fluid streams with one integrated electronics package, the CR-288® concentration monitor helps reduce chemical consumption, improve process control and visibility, detect process problems, reduce wafer scrap, and improve productivity.
