

Mr. Hui-Bon-Hoa serves as Chairman and C.E.O. of Jetalon Solutions, Inc., a precision sensors and controls company he co-founded in 2002. Since that time, the company has experienced year over year double digit revenue and profit growth and in 2006 experienced its first year over year triple digit top and bottom line growth.
Prior to founding Jetalon Solutions, Mr. Hui-Bon-Hoa funded and was Director of Neogent, Inc., from 2000 - 2006, serving as its C.E.O. in 2001. Neogent was acquired by Sun Microsystems (NASDAQ: SUNW) in October 2006 for an 18x return on investment over five years. Prior to his activities with Neogent, he was co-founder and president of studioXchange, an online B2B marketplace for the entertainment industry. In March, 2000, he sold the company to online video pioneer iFILM Corporation. In 2003, Zelnick Media acquired an iFILM business unit for over $30M and was subsequently acquired by Viacom in 2005 for $53M.
In 1996 and prior to founding studioXchange, Mr. Hui-Bon-Hoa co-founded and was C.E.O. of Fourth Tier, Inc., a self-funded, systems integration company focusing on sales and call center automation. In October 1998, Fourth Tier was acquired by Keane, Inc. (NYSE: KEA) for $34 million, representing a 1,133-fold return on an initial $30,000 investment made by Mr. Hui-Bon-Hoa.
From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Hui-Bon-Hoa was in the applications engineering team at Scopus Technology, Inc. After joining the company when it was privately held and valued at $2 million, he played an instrumental role in attracting numerous blue chip customers, which led to a successful IPO in 1994 and ultimately, acquisition by Siebel Systems (NASD: SEBL) (now: ORCL) in 1998 for $1 Billion.
Mr. Hui-Bon-Hoa began his professional career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture Ltd.), implementing sales and service applications for companies in the telecommunications and financial services sectors.
His philanthropic activities include service on the Board of the Torrance Memorial Medical Foundation.
Mr. Hui-Bon-Hoa received a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, San Diego in Quantitative Economics and Decision Sciences.
